SHIPPING POLICY All original orders are shipped within 5-10 business days. Out of stock items will be backordered unless instructed otherwise. We normally use United States Postal Service. United States Postal Service is liable for any loss or damage that occurs during transit., If a shipment is not delivered to you in proper order, make a notation on the delivery receipt. Contact our office within 10 days so that we can submit a claim on your behalf and arrange for a replacement. Save all boxes and packaging materials until after the inspection is complete.
All Texas residents will be charged sales tax.
RETURNS
We will not accept or process any merchandise sent to us without a return authorization number. Please call our office for instructions. Items returned due to manufacturer's defect: We will either credit your account or rep;ace the item at no charge.
All other returned items are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
